DEFINITIONS.

DOWNLOADING PATTERNS AND OTHER FILES

Patterns and images downloaded from the Site shall in no case be resold, published on own pages (including in a form of downloadable files), in public catalogues. They shall not be included in publications without prior consent of the Website administrator.
All patterns are printable PDF files and HFT files (which can opened and edited in HaftiX application).

FREE PATTERNS

A majority of patterns included in the Website are free. They can be downloaded and used for own needs without any additional actions. We encourage you to use our patterns. We feel pleased when we see somebody wishes to use our work.

PAID PATTERNS

A pattern is free for the first several days (not longer than a week) after it is submitted to the Website. A majority of patterns shall be free forever. However, if we recognize a lot of work was necessary to create it, we may limit access to the pattern only for persons ready to buy it. Such patterns are not accompanied with download icons/links. Purchase of patterns consists of the following steps:

after selecting a patter, a User clicks on the button next to it and the Shopping Cart page is opened where s/he can decide to come back to the Website ("Continue shopping") or perform the payment ("Proceed to checkout").
The payment process is performed via PayPal, in accordance with own principles;
after the payment is accepted, a page shall be opened where the User may download the selected files. At the same time, an e-mail is sent with link to that page and summary of the purchase;
NOTE: The purchased patterns can be downloaded no later than within 24 hours after the payment is accepted.
The User may download patterns in one or both available formats: PDF and HFT.

PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

Patterns purchase transactions are operated by PayPal. The site collects and processes personal data received from PayPal in accordance with the PayPal privacy policy.
They shall not be transferred to third parties, neither be used for the purposes of own advertisement activities.

COMPLAINTS

    If a purchase is completed with a correctly performed payment or charging a credit card and the pattern is not downloaded due to technical reasons of the Website, please contact us.
    Please send an e-mail at poczta@haftix.pl with a description of the problem. After the complaint is considered, the Website administrator shall electronically send the purchased patterns (as a file or an URL to a page where they can be downloaded).
    Complaints shall not be considered, if you tried to download the pattern after 24 hours since the purchase.
